The 6-foot-3 Boyd went undrafted in this year's NBA Draft. He played six collegiate seasons, spending time at Florida Atlantic, San Diego State, and Wisconsin.
Boyd posted his best season as a senior last year, averaging 20.7 points, 4.3 assists, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.0 steal over 31.9 minutes per game. He shot 48% from the field, 36.5% from three-point range, and 83% from the free-throw line. The Warriors had previously invited him to participate in this year's NBA Summer League, and his scoring ability makes him an intriguing camp addition.
**Ralph provides outside shooting and size**
Canadian forward Elias Ralph offers a different skill set. He spent his final two college seasons at Pacific, averaging 16.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists last season, while shooting 40.9% from beyond the arc. He also contributed 1.0 block and 0.9 steals per game.
Ralph worked out for the Warriors before the draft and possesses the traits of a versatile forward. Both Boyd and Ralph are expected to sign Exhibit 10 contracts, giving the Warriors the flexibility to convert them into two-way deals. If eventually waived, each would be eligible for a bonus after spending 60 days with the Santa Cruz Warriors.

As for 6-foot-10 forward Jacksen Moni, the brief signing and subsequent waiver does not indicate the Warriors have given up on him. The undrafted rookie out of North Dakota State appeared in 40 G League games last season, averaging 9.2 points and 5.1 rebounds. The transaction was primarily a procedural move to allow him to rejoin the Santa Cruz Warriors for further development.
These September moves by the Warriors are not solely about filling the final opening-night roster spots. Rather, they are aimed at building organizational depth, evaluating future two-way candidates, and maintaining a steady pipeline of talent for their G League affiliate.
